Agency Nurse (RGN)

SEEKING RGN’S FOR AGENCY SHIFTS - HOSPITALS

Location: Nottingham and surrounding areas

Hourly Rate: £25 - £30.56 per hour.

Willingcare are seeking motivated and enthusiastic nurses, to work agency shifts for private hospitals within the Nottingham area. You must be passionate in your work and about making a difference within the care sector. Due to the location, you must be someone who holds a full UK driving licence with your own vehicle.

You can decide to be put forward for block bookings and/or ADHOC shifts.

Schedule:

• 12-hour shift
• Days shift or Night shifts
• Flexitime

The role of an Agency Nurse (RGN) within the hospital involves:

• Ensuring the care, welfare and safety of all residents is maintained at the highest possible standard.
• Completing physical/psychological assessments of new residents on admission.
• Creating individualised care plans for residents.
• Updating care plans daily.
• Safely administering and recording of medication.
• Liaising effectively with external suppliers and health care providers.
• Monitoring and developing performance of care staff.
• Ensuring effective rotas are in place.
• Use a person-centred approach to ensure every individual’s needs are understood and met with the greatest privacy, dignity, and respect.

To be considered for the role Agency Nurse (RGN) you will have:

• A Registered General Nurse Qualification (RGN)
• An active PIN
• A clear DBS.
• A driving license and access to own vehicle
• 6 months UK working experience
