General Manager - OTE circa £60k

As a result of an internal promotion, Cosy Club Stamford is looking for a new General Manager. With us you can expect casual days, vibrant evenings, and weekends where we're the life and soul of the party. From brunch and coffee to dinner and drinks, our guests join us for an experience like no other.


As our General Manager we look to you for accountability and instead of being confined to an office you play an active and passionate role in setting the scene for our guests across the whole site.


As one of our General Managers, you could earn in the region of circa £60,000 per year:

  • Base Salary: Up to £50,000 per year depending on experience
  • Tronc: Estimated between £6.5k - £9.5k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
  • Bonus: Up to £6k additional bonus potential
  • Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.

DO Cosy Club offer visa sponsorship

Unfortunately due to the current Government requirements we do not offer visa sponsorship at this time.

what are the average working hours?

  • For our salaried managers the standard contract is 48 hours a week, with a 40 hour contract also available.
  • For our hourly team all our contracts are offered on a zero hours contract, you will be able to have a realistic conversation about hours during the interview.

do Cosy Club offer work experience?

We can offer work experience, if you are interested please reach out to your local Cosy Club to see if they are able to support.

DOES Cosy Club EMPLOY UNDER 18 YEAR OLDS?
  • Yes is the short answer
  • However whilst we do employ under 18s, due to the nature of our business there are some duties that under 18s are not able to perform. Therefore the best thing to do is speak to the manager before applying or during the interview process.
DO I NEED EXPERIENCE TO WORK AT Cosy Club ?
  • Yes and No!
  • If you are applying for one of our hourly positions e.g. Front of House Team Member or Kitchen Assistant then you don’t need experience, you just need a passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn. All training will be provided during your onboarding.
  • However if you are applying for one of our management positions, then yes you will ideally have experience in a similar position.
