Hourly Roles
If you’ve applied for one of our hourly roles, then the interview process will look as follows:
- One-stage interview – this will include a short interview and a ‘skills’ this is where you will be on the floor or in the kitchen seeing how we operate on a day to basis. You’ll then have a follow up with the manager and complete any right to work checks (so make sure to bring it with you!)
Management Positions
If you’ve applied for one of our management positions, then the interview process will look as follows:
- You’ll either get a call from one of our Ops or our Recruitment Manager for an initial getting to know you call
- You’ll then have an interview to find out more about you and your previous experience. Following this there will be a skills, this is the chance for you to see how we operate on a day to day basis
- The task stage – here we will give you a voucher to visit a Cosy Club and present back on your thoughts
- The final interview will be with the Regional Ops Manager
